Helen, is pictured her sophomore year at Uintah High School. she was born to Jacob Burton and Esther Reese on May 4, 1925. She Married George Daniel Millecam in 1946. She and her husband owned and operated the Dine-A-Ville Motel. She designed the pink Dinah That Welcomes visitors to Vernal. She died August 12, 2017.
